megachad cua ("the service") is a voice-to-action API run by Tzafon Inc., a Delaware corporation ("we"). By creating an account or calling the API you agree to these terms.

The service

You send a schema of choices and a user's speech or text. The API returns the choice the user means, as it changes. The service is new and capacity is limited: when every model slot is busy, requests fail fast with an error and aren't billed. We don't promise uptime or a response time.

Your account and key

Keep your API key secret and server-side. You're responsible for all usage under your key until you roll it in the console. One person or company per account. You must be 18 or older.

Fair use

Don't use the service to break the law, to record or analyze people who haven't agreed to it, to attack or overload our systems, to get around limits or billing, or to resell the free demo. Don't use it to take actions on someone's computer without their permission. We can suspend accounts that do.

Your data

What you send is yours. We process it only to return decisions and run the service. How we handle data is in the Privacy Policy.

Pricing and payment

Usage is counted in credits of $0.0001 each. New accounts get 20,000 free credits ($2). Voice sessions (/v1/listen) cost 6¢ a minute: 10 credits per second from the moment the model is ready until the session closes, rounded up to the next second, with a 1 second minimum. Silence counts while a session is open. Text calls (/v1/decide) cost 10¢ per 1,000 decisions: 1 credit per successful call, and a call whose text plus schema runs over 4,000 tokens (UTF-8 bytes divided by 4, rounded up) counts as one decision per 4,000 tokens or part of it. Failed calls and sessions that never become ready are free. Stripe charges your card monthly in arrears. Taxes may apply. We'll give 30 days' notice by email before changing prices. You can cancel any time from the billing portal; usage up to cancellation is still billed.

No warranty

The service is provided as is. Model output can be wrong. Don't let it take actions that are destructive, irreversible, financial, medical or safety-critical without a human confirming them.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of what you paid us in the three months before the claim and $100.

Ending it

You can stop using the service and ask us to delete your account at any time. We can end or suspend the service, or your access, with notice where reasonable. Sections that by nature should survive, like payment owed and liability limits, survive.

Changes and law

We may update these terms and will note the date at the top; material changes get an email. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
